Ed joins the ICB as Director of Neighbourhood, Place and Partnerships for Hertfordshire from Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, where he was Development Director for the Mental Health, Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Health and Care Partnership.
Ed has experience in the both the NHS and local government. He is committed to delivering through multi-agency partnerships and working with local communities so that services are accessible, joined-up and promote residents’ independence and wellbeing.
