Our Constitution sets out the arrangements made by the Integrated Care Board to meet our responsibilities for commissioning care for our local population.
It describes the governing principles, rules and procedures that ensure accountability in the day to day running of the Integrated Care Board, decisions are taken in an open and transparent way and that the interests of patients and people remain central.
