These include NHS Trusts and other providers working together to plan and deliver specific services across a wide geography.

Trusts in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes have indicated their intentions to be members of one or more of seven Provider Collaboratives. Two collaboratives are fully established as at 1 July 2022 (green), four are in development (yellow) and one subject to further discussion (orange).
