Director of Finance
Emma joined the ICB as Director of Finance from Norfolk and Waveney ICB where she was Director of Commissioning Finance.
Emma is responsible for the development and delivery of the financial plans, ensuring that strong financial governance is in place and that value for money is achieved in how we commission our services and spend funding available.
She has previously worked in various finance roles in the private sector within audit, manufacturing and investments industries.
A qualified accountant by profession, Emma has worked in NHS finance within acute hospitals and commissioner settings, leading several transformation programmes.
She is a strong advocate for Talent Management and Development within the NHS finance profession and has led system-wide transformation programmes securing national recognition. She is a member of the East of England Finance Academy Board and the East of England HFMA group supporting the regional NHS finance community.
